OBITUARY
MRS F. T. DANIELL Mrs F. T. Daniell, whose death occurred recently, was the fourth daughter of the late Mr Richard Wallis of “Hulmers” Lower Moutere, and was born at Richmond in 1860. Mr Wallis moved to Lower Moutere about six years later and after a few years there moved again to Motueka. From there he moved to “Hulmers” Lower Moutere, from which home Mrs Daniell was married to Mr Alfred Daniell. They lived at Brightwater for a short time before settling at Ngatimoti. For nearly 30 years Mrs Daniell has been a great sufferer from rheumatoidarthritis but until that time she had led a most industrious life, helping her parents with the work of the Orphanage. of which Mr Wallis had charge, and then later helping her husband with his business. Even in her crippled state she was seldom idle. Mrs Daniell is survived by two brothers,, Mr Arnold Wallis of Okaiawa and Mr Richard Wallis of “Hulmers” Lower Moutere, one son. Mr A. H. Daniell. of Orinoco, one daughter, Miss Daniell, of Ngatimoti and three grandchildren. Mr Daniell predeceased her by 17 years.
