Although under the four-year plan General Goering’s office and army is largely superseded by the Ministry of Economics, while the Minstry of Foreign Relations is conducted by Herr Posse, who is an expert therein, nevertheless it is expected that Dr. Schacht will remain President of the Reichsbank and possibly a member of the Cabinet.
