SETTLED IN COURT [United Ptgbs Association— By Eleotrio Telegraph—Copyright] SYDNEY, 23rd June. The action for libel and slander, in which the Australian Provincial Assurance Company claimed £50,000 damages from the Colonial Mutual Life Company, was settled in the Supreme Court. The terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
