BloodWSHH, M.L.C., and Mr J. A. C. Allum (Auckland)* the Hon. J. McLeod, M.L.C. (New Blymouth), Messrs T. McCombs, M.P., T. A. McGibbons (Christchurch); P. Neilson* M.P., M. Silverstone (Dunedin); G. Hultquist, M.P. (Whakatanei; G. Mitchell, R. G. Buckleton, A. E. Mander, A. F, Castle, and Mrs Alan Mulgan (Wellington). The following club officers were elected: president, the Hon. W. E. Barnard; vice-president, Mr J. A. C._Allum (Auckland); interim secretary, Mr R. S. Odell.

A ctecisidn to send the following cablegram to thb Prime Minister, the Rt. Hori. M. J. Savage, Was made: '‘This national Organisation representing a rapidly-ghowlng body Of public opinion, being seized of the serious implications of the low birth-rate which, if contlhiilttg, must result in a decline iii population and reduction in the living standard, desires to assure you of its whole-hearted support in your work at the Imperial Conference when dealing With the question of redistribution of the white peoples of the Empire and New Zealand’s contribution thereto.”
