MEETING OF MAITAI LODGE The fortnightly meeting of Maitai Lodge. No. 15, U.A.0.D., was held in the Orange Hall, Collingwood street, on Monday evening. There was a good attendance, presided over by the Arch Druid (Bro. R. Hill). Correspondence, surgeon’s and sick visitors’ reports were received and dealt with. One candidate was initiated as full benefit member. The Superintendent of the juvenile Lodge notified the meeting that one candidate was initiated at the last meeting and invited members to attend the meeting of Pioneer Lodge next Monday evening. The Royal Arch secretary reminded all Past Officers and lodge members of a meeting of the Royal Arch Chapter of Instruction to be held at the conclusion of the juvenile meeting next Monday. Accounts and sick pay (including £2 15s from the Sick Members’ Contribution Fund and one claim for £5 12s 6d from the Hospital Fund) amounting to £29 2s lid were passed for payment.
