NEW YORK, 17th December. Colonel Northcott, of the Australian Forces, arrived to spend a month at Washington, studying military transport methods, particularly the co-ordination of air and ground forces. Squadron Leader Scherger will arrive early in January to undergo training in instrument flying and radio navigation.
