NEW ZEALAND FARMERS’ UNION (INC.) NELSON PROVINCIAL EXECUTIVE QUARTERLY MEETING Over thirty delegates attended the quarterly meeting held in Nelson last week. Mrs Forsyth (president) was in the cchau* and proceedings commenced with the singing of the National Anthem. ,

The housekeeper secretary (Mrs Tapliii) gave an encouraging report of this work stating that six housekeepers were employed and all had been kept’ busy. Mrs Taplin also reported' on the result of the' stall at the A. and I‘. Show, approximately £ls being raised. Branches had all helped either by contributions to the stall or donations and tiie result very, satisfactory.
