SUNDAY SCHOOL PRIZE GIVING TOI TOI AND BISHOPDALE In spite of the heavy rain the Toi Toi Hall was well filled last evening when the three Sunday Schools, Toi Toi Primary (Miss Marshall, actingsuperintendent), Toi Toi Seniors (Mr H. E. Rowe, superintendent), and Bishopdale (Miss G. May, superintendent) combined for the prize-giving. The Rev. Neil Chambers welcomed the parents and warmly thanked the teachers for their labour of love sc well done. He stressed the need ot Sunday School work linking the children up with the church through the primary, senior and Bible class activities.

Each of the superintendents read an encouraging report showing progress made and maintained in members, at tendance, conduct and lesson work. Miss Jean Jeffreys, M.Sc., of the Cawthron Institute, presented the prizes with a w'ord of congratulation to the various prize-winners who were as follows: —
