CLOSING OF STREETS
ON CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR’S EVE
The closing to vehicular traffic of the main streets in the City between 7.30 p.m. and 10.30 p.m. on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve was decided on by the City Council last evening. The Traffic Inspector’s recommendation that Bridge street (from Collingwood to Trafalgar streets) and Trafalgar street (from Bridge to Hardy streets) be subject to the restriction, was adopted.
