NEW GERMAN TROOP MOVEMENTS SECRET ARMY CREATED (United Press Association —By Electrio Telegraph—Copy right) BASLE, 16th December. The newspaper “National Zeitung” reveals new German troop movements on the Franco-Swiss frontiers. A new force called the Secret Frontier Army has been created, consisting of picked Storm Troops, Brown Shirts, and mechanised members of the Nazi Party. All wear uniforms and are equipped to take the field. The army began the first manoeuvres yesterday, with movements of arms and ammunition.
