KILLED BY FUMES
MEN UNLOADING FROZEN CHERRIES (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copy right) NEW YORK, 24th November. Five workers on a ship were killed by fumes, arising it is believed from dry ice,- when they descended into the hold to unload casks of frozen cherries. Three others were overcome and were rescued by policemen wearing gas masks.
