BANK TELLER PLEADS GUILTY
REMANDED ON BAIL/FOR SENTENCE (United Press Association) TAIKAPE, This Day. Maurice Alexander, bank teller, pleaded, guilty before Justices of the Peace to the theft of £7500 in notes from the Bank of New Zealand at Mangaweka and was remanded on bail to appear at Auckland for sentence. It was stated that Alexander, when taxed with the theft, had handed over all the. missing money.
