MONTREUX CONFERENCE
THE BRITISH DELEGATION (British Official Wireless) (Received 17th June, 11.30 a.m.) RUGBY, 16th June:Earl Stanhope, one of the Parliamentary Under-Secretaries for Foreign Affairs, will head the /British deiegation to the Montreux Conference. The delegation will include representatives of the Army, Navy and Air Force, as well as Foreign Office experts. The conference opens on Monday. The “Sun-Herald” says Mr . Stanley Bruce was offered and will probably accept the presidency of the Dardanelles Conference commencing at Montreux on 22nd June.
