DIVIDEND At this company’s usual monthly meeting of directors, which was held on the°loth insti, a dividend (the sixth) of 1C per centum (free of income tax) on the capital of this company, was declared, and such dividend will be payable at the company s office, Bridge street Reef ton. on ancl after Monday, 6th July, 1936. This dividend will absorb £I6OO. The transfer books of 111 3 company will be closed from the Ist to the 6th of July, both days inclusive. Special Reserve h und.—.£l6o has been added to this fund, which now stands at £960. ,111 With the above dividend included, this makes the total of 60 per cent, on the capital invested which has been paid to shareholders' since dredging operations commenced in August, 1934. The following is the report for the week ending 10th June, 1936: Shaft Repairs.—The main sets have been replaced up to a point 35 feet above No. 1 intermediate level. The centres have been replaced in position for 9 feet above the cap of the intermediate level chamber. Repairs to Dam.—Repairs to the dam have been completed, and the mens services dispensed with. GREYMOUTH. 13th June. Maori Gully return, 14oz 3d\vts for 134 hours.
