ENGLISH MARKET DEPRESSED RANGE OF PRICES The Department of Agriculture has received the following cablegram, dated 23rd May, from the High Commissioner for New Zealand, London: Rangitata shipment of pears forward. Apples and pears ex Port Brisbane, Mamari, Waimana, Zealandie, and Turakina in good condition. Market depressed. Apples Cox’s Orange, “Canterbury,” 12s to. 18s. Granny Smith, 12s to 15s.
