POSITION AT HAMILTON (United Press Association) HAMILTON, 25th March. After six years the provision of relief by tnc Hamilton Borough Council under tlie No. 5 scheme ceased to-day in conformity with the council’s contention that all necessary work should be paid for at standard rates. During the six years work under No. 5 scheme at Hamilton has cost approximately £50,000. Unemployed who cannot find work elsewhere will be placed on sustenance
