PROPOSED WORLD SUGAR CONFERENCE
(Received 21st March, 2.0 p.m.) LONDON, ,20th March, though not definitely abandoned, there is little prospect now of the proposed world sugar conference. Dominion circles are convinced that fncre is no likelihood of America participating- therefore the conference would he worthless.
