MONGOL LEADERS

LONDON. 26th January,
The Peking of “The Times” says that the murder of a Mongol leader named Ni near Chiangpei has increased the tension at Chahar.
Travellers from Cliarar report that the Mongol leaders, assisted by Manchukuo troops, have occupied nearly all the province north of the Great Wall, and established an independent regime, with headquarters at Chiangpei.
