MANY DISTRICTS FLOODED MUCH DAMAGE DONE (United Press Association—Bv Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON. 16th February. A gale with heavy rain was experienced throughout Britain and prevented the sailing of the Orama and Strathnaver. Much damage was done, and many districts were flooded.
