REVIVAL IN GERMANY ABOLITION OF OWNERS' TAX (United Press Association—By JDleotrlc Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, 14th February. “The Times” Berlin correspondent "says the motor industry revival is the greatest economic success of the Hitler 'regime, mainly due to the abolition of the owners’ tax. Home sales have grown fourfold since 1932. Manufacturers and dealers are now contributing to a fund to finance an attack on world markets.
