FUTURE OF MANCHUKUO
INTENTIONS OF JAPAN INTER-MINISTRY COMMISSION (United Press Association—By Eleetrio Telegraph—Copyright) TOKIO, 15th February. The Foreign Spokesman states that Japan in due course will abolish the extra-territoriality of Manchukuo if the new inter-Ministry Commission finds sucii a course opportune and iMancliukuo’s judicial system is satisfactory. He added that the Commission will also study whether Japan should surrender the railway zone to Manchukuo. There is no connection with China. Other countries will not be consulted.
