Creditor's granted a year’s 1 ‘standstill agreement in 1932 which was subsequently prolonged for a year. An advisory tornmittee was formed, but the largest creditor decided that further continuation of the standstill was not justified. It is understood that the position is due to the firm’s inability to meet out of liquid resou.'ces certain requirements respecting bank advances. It is believed that trade creditors are fully protected.
