IN FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES PROPOSE 1 } VOLUNTARY liquidation [United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 16th February, 9.40 a.m.) ' LONDON, 15th February. Creditor of a famous Bradford wollen firm, Francis Willey and Company, of which Lord Barnley is director, have received notice of a meeting to consider voluntary liquidation. Creditor's granted a year’s 1 ‘standstill agreement in 1932 which was subsequently prolonged for a year. An advisory tornmittee was formed, but the largest creditor decided that further continuation of the standstill was not justified. It is understood that the position is due to the firm’s inability to meet out of liquid resou.'ces certain requirements respecting bank advances. It is believed that trade creditors are fully protected.
