COTTON TARIFFS
RETALIATORY ACTION POSTPONED (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright; (Received 14tli November, 12.55 p.m.) LONDON, 13th November. The Northern Council of the Grocers’ Association passed a resolution regretting the Commonwealth had not yet reached a decision on cotton tariffs; but as tlie Cabinet was only recently formed it was decided to again postpone retaliatory action.
