ALLEGED MISCONDUCT

MORGAN DIVORCE ACTION PETITION DISMISSED (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, 13th November. A verdict that no misconduct had been proved against. either the respondent, Mrs Morgan, or the co-respondent, Ra'ngi Marsh, was returned by the jury this afternoon, after a retirement of two hours, in the case in which Edward Morgan, Olympic champion boxer, petitioned for a divorce from his wife (neo Wilson), a former New Zealand representative sprinter at the Olympic Games, and claimed £SOO damages. Negative replies were returned by the jury* to each question. The petition was dismissed, with costs against tile petitioner. Application for costs on behalf of the co-respondent was opposed, and will be argued later. Air Justice Read was on the bench, Mr C. H. Arndt appeared for the petitioner and Mr W. P. Rollings for tire respondent, and Mr A, J. Mazengarb for the co-respondent.
