Wiremen’s Union, and these had been approved by tlie Public Works Depart- ‘ ment. Alterations in the law had also; been suggested by the Registration Board and by.the Department itself.- • Provision had been made for 'supply authorities to nominate their representative on the Registration Board, as at. present lie could he appointed without reference to the supply authorities, said ~ the Minister.
