VISIT TO DOMINIONS
EMPIRE SETTLEMENT QUESTION

RUGBY', Ist September. Mr Malcolm MacDonald, 'Parliamentary Undersecretary for Dominion Affairs, will leave England for Australia in the Otranto next Friday. He will represent the United Kingdom branch of the Empiie Parliamentary Association at the celebrations of the Melbourne Centenary. During part of bis journey lie will be accompanied by his sister, Miss Sheila MacDonald.
On his way home lie proposes to visit New Zealand, and both in Australia and New Zealand lie hones to devote SDecial consideration to tlie question of Empire settlement
