WAIMEA DEFENCE RIFLE CLUB
The club held its opening shoot on the Eve’s Valley range on Saturday last. The showery weather was responsible for a poor attendance. Next Saturday the series shoots will commence and the Robertson Shield teams will be picked. Rifleman A. Tomlinson topped the list for the first class and takes the feathers and trophy. A. J. Robertson takes the second class feathers and trophy. The following are the individual scores: — First Class
