NEW LIBRARY TO' BE OPENED (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, Ist September. The new Cambridge University Library, built and equipped at a cost‘of about £500,000 from designs of Sir Gilbert Scott, will be officially opened by the King on 22nd October.
