LOWER INTEREST RATES
CANADIAN CONVERSION LOAN (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) OTTAWA, 31st August. Holders of 1919 Victory Bonds totalling 250,000,000 receive less than 4 per* cent, instead of 51 after Ist November, according to the Government announcement of the conversion loan, which permits payment in full or renewal at a lower rate.
