PAN-PACIFIC CONFERENCE
RESOLUTIONS BY WOMEN (By Telegraph—Press Association) AUCKLAND. This Day. Seven New Zealand delegates to the Pan-Pacific Women’s Conference returned by the Niagara to-day. The conference adopted four resolutions—protesting against the manufacture of arms for private profit; and appealing to women of the Pacific to do everything to promote peace: declaring that women should be free to engage in gainful occupation irrespective of marriage; and that the women of all countries should strive for better films.
