MOTOR ACCIDENT AT DAY’S BAY
FOUR OCCUPANTS INJURED ONE IN SERIOUS CONDITION (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON. This Day. Four persons were injured, one seriously, when a motor car left the road and went on the rocks at Days Bay at 9.30 o'clock last night. The injured persons were: — R. Reynolds, the driver, an engineer on the steamer Holmglon severe lacerated wounds on the ton of the lip, and injuries to the head and both arms which became paralysed. W. McGregor, motor mechanic, injuries to tile right arm. Miss A- Anderson tailoress, facial injuries. Miss P. Bradley, shop assistant, scalp wounds and shock. All were removed to hospital, but McGregor and Misses Bradley and Anderson were able to return home. Reynolds is reported to be progressing favourably.
