INCREASED COTTON DUTIES REPRESENTATIONS TO AUSTRALIA (United Press Association— By Eleatrio Telegraph—Copyright) TOKIO, 10th August. The Foreign Spokesman reiterated that the Government was considering representations to Australia in regard to the increased cotton goods duties. He declared that as the new tariff'mostly affects Japan, woollen manufacturers were considering means of turning to New Zealand and South Africa. • - -
