CHARGES AGAINST BISHOP MUELLER RADICAL CHANGES IN CONSTITUTION , (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) BERLIN, 9th August. Opposition pastors made hitter charges against the Reich Bishop Mueller’s Nazified Church government, at a congress convenod by Bishop Mueller in order to enforce radical., changes in the constitution. Two Wurtemburg pastors protested against the wrongful legalisation of Bishop Mueller’s previous acts. Bishop Mueller urged unity among worshippers of the same God. Laws were passed with some opposition transferring legislative powers from the Federal to the new Reich church ; ordering pastors to swear allegiance to Herr Hitler; legalising the church administration’s past acts, and abolishing pacts. Tlie meeting closed with three cheers for Herr Hitler.
