MASEFTELD AND INSPIRATION LONDON, 12th April. The Poet Laureate (Mr .John Masefield) tells the “Sun” that he will he' surprised if his Australian visit docs not inspire him to new writing. He may produce something directly about t.he Melbourne Centenary. He fears that his time will not suffice to visit all the States. He would like to spend a long time there. Acceptance of the invitation, so far, is provisional, hut he is hopeful of being able to go.
