INDO-JAPANESE PACT FEDERATION CHAIRMAN RESIGNS (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) ’ (Received 19th April, 9.40 a.m.) TOKIO, 18th April. Fufeajiro Abe, chairman of the Japanese Federation of Cotton Spinners, has resigned owing to prominent cotton spinners’ attacks that Abe’s too conciliatory policies caused the cotton spinners’ delegates to he out-general-led at the Delhi conference, resulting in the Indo-Japanese pact cutting down exports to an uncalled-for extent.
