PUBLIC NOTICE

Sir, —The Nelson public is notified that neither the St. John Ambulance Association, nor the St. John Ambulance Brigade, has any connection whatever with the Nelson Free First Aid Service, who lias recently been opened. I also take this opportunity of advising the public that the/ St. John Free First Aid depot is situated at Mr It. W. Martin's Pharmacy, Trafalgar street, where, under tlie supervision of chemists, first aid will be rendered by St. John members in the ease of accident or sudden illness. Under General Regulations of the St. John Ambulance Brigade Overseas, the redressing of injuries does not rank as first aid. — I am, etc., It. A.
