PROPOSED BUTTER FACTORY (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, 11th .April. Addressing Conservative members of the House of Commons, Mr Baxter, chairman of the Milk Marketing Board, stated that in orde(- to assist in raising tlie price of the manufactured article, tlie milk board contemplated erecting a butter factory, and if successful would consider tlie manufacture of tinned milk and other products.
