The motor-ship Otaio. loading meat at Lyttelton for England, was idelayed last night owing tq the refusal of the watersiders to work overtime.’ Work was resumed this morning, but further trouble arose when railway harfds, who did not refuse work last night, demanded overtime for a certain period. Their request is to go before tile Disputes Committee., . ~ ■
