APPOINTMENTS AND TRANSFERS (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. Mr F. H. Muirhead, Assistant-Dis-trict Public Trustee at Palmerston North, has been appointed District Public Trustee at New Plymouth, in succession to Mr D. L. McKay, who has resigned from the staff of the Public Trust Office. Mr Muirhead will be, succeeded at Palmerston North by Mr B. C. B. Dickson, at present attached to the Auckland branch of the Public Trust Office
