TASMAN FLIGHT

ULM AGAIN DELAYED MAY MAKE ALL NIGHT FLIGHT (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 30th November, 10.40 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Ulm stated that everything was ready for the flight to New Zealand, but. the weather remained unsatisfactory. “I am getting weather reports three times daily concerning conditions over the Tasman. The weather for the past week has been very unsettled over the whole route, and latest reports indicate a strong head wind of about thirty miles an hour.” Ulm added that there was a possibility of leaving Richmond late in the afternoon for New Plymouth. This would mean an all-night- flight over the Tasman, but would ensure landing ’n daylight.
