INDIAN MARKETS
A LANCASHIRE MISSION (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, 17th August. The Manchester Chamber of Commerce have received a reply to a telegram in which they invited the Indian cotton industry to discuss with the Lancashire mission, which shortly sail for India, the matter of trade markets in which there is mutual interest. A cable from the Bombay Mill Owners’ Association says that the committee cordially accepts the invitation, and adds that arrangements are being .made to invite representatives of other important associations.
