AGAINST PROHIBITION
3 TO 1 VOTE IN MICHIGAN (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) DETROIT, 4th April. Incomplete returns of a State-wide referendum indicate a three to one vote against Prohibition. It appears that at least 75 of 100 delegates will be pledged in favour of repeal at the forthcoming convention, thus making the State the first to ratify the 21st amendment.
