No contact with the kidnappers has yet been effected. Boettcher and his wife arrived home in an automobile when two men, armed, stepped frqm behind the garage and forced him to enter a small sedan. They handed the wife a ransom note which warned her against notifying the police. It also mentioned “Don’tt forget the Lindbergh baby.”
