(Received 11th Febrv" 9.40 a.m.) GENEVA, 10th February. Mr Matsuoka conveyed Japan’s last word to the League that she had rejected the Committee of Nineteen s resolution refusing to recognise Manehukuo. He added that the decision did not necessarily mean withdrawal from the League.
