DISARMAMENT
FIVE-POWER .MEETING IN LONDON (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, 12l1i December. A Geneva message states that a five powers meeting, with Mr Henderson presiding in the capacity of president of the Disarmament Conference, will he held in London on 16tli January to settle various points connected with the declaration regarding equality of status, security, and progressive disarmament.
