RELIEF THROUGH RED CROSS (United PrrRR ARRoeiation—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) WASHINGTON, 16th June. The Fulmer Bill, providing for the release to the Red Cross for relief purposes of 40,000,000 bushels of wheat and 500,000 bales of cotton from the Farm Board’s stocks, was passed by the House of Representatives, and sent on to the Senate.
