CHANGE OF GOVERNMENT
(United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 7th August, 1.30 p.m.) VANCOUVER, 6th August, A message from Charlotte Town, Prince Edward Island, states that the Liberal Government under Mr William Lea was defeated at the provincial elections. Mr J. D. Stewart, former Conservative Premier, is head of the new Government.
