WEATHER IMPROVES
SHIPPING RESUMES NORMAL RUNNING Tho Anchor Shipping Company report a general improvement in the weather on the New Zealand coasts to-day, and that ships which were kept in port or forced lo shelter on account of heavy sops had resumed normal running. The Alexander which was delayed on her trip to Onohunga was expected to sail for Pioton to-day. Tho Rata, which was barbound at Greymouth since Saturday, has cleared the port and was on her way to Tarakohc. .The Titoki had sailed from Wanganui for Lyttelton, and the Taupata bad cleaved Wanganui for Wellington. As West Coast ports were workable to-day it was expected that the Gabriella, which has been sheltering at Totaranui this week, will bo able to enter Greymouth, and that other larger ship's delayed on the Coast would bo able to negotiate the bars. y ■ i
