A PASSER-BY KILLED (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraphy-Copy right) BERLIN, 4th August. Leaping from a third floor window in Berlin alter a quarrel with his sweetheart, a man fell upon and killed a passer-by. lie himself escaped death, but suffered injuries.
