A new idea was put into execution last night when the committee of the Operatic Society invited the active members of the Society to witness a rehearsal of the forthcoming production of “Tilly of Bloomsbury,” held in the Society’s rooms. The main idea behind the invitation was to let the members of the Society (who are not actively engaged in the production) know that although lost to sight for the. time being, they are hv no means lost to mind, and also to let them know that the committee is alive to the fact that active members are entitled to know what the Society is lining.
